Processing Time All S.S. Williams bandanas are handmade with care. Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take slightly longer — we'll keep you informed.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders. We currently only ship within the United States.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@sherriswilliams.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
Returns & Shipping Costs If you need to return an item, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
